Aerotek is hiring Customer Service Representative for one of our larger clients located in north central Phoenix.

The Customer Service/Delinquent Mortgage Counselor will be responsible for:
- Assessing the customer's mortgage situation and cover the different types of options available to assist them in making the best choice for their home mortgage.
- Provide credit education and other related services to our customers.
- Pay is $13-$14hr

Qualifications for the Delinquent Mortgage Counselor include:
- At least 2 years experience working in a call center environment
- Background in mortgage industry including loan officer, real estate, loss mitigation or credit background- working for a bank or credit card company
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service skills, computer skills and very detail oriented
