IPS is looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to be the primary contact for clients including new coverage, implementation, enrollment, submission of applications and checks to carrier, distribution of plan materials, ongoing claims, billing and payroll issues and maintenance of files. Our client company is a dynamic, high growth insurance brokerage that is dedicated to client satisfaction and offers their employees excellent benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂImplementation and service of new, existing and renewing business
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂCoordinate and conduct enrollment meetings and employee communication
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂTravel throughout southernCalifornia, occasional overnight stays

REQUIREMENTS
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂAssociates degree (2 year) or more
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂMinimum five years employee benefit experience at an insurance agency or carrier
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂValid Life and Disability license from the California Department of Insurance
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂValid California driverâs license
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂStrong written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to groups
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂComputer literate
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂKnowledge of State and Federal Employee Benefit rules and regulations and the group health marketplace in Southern California
