Our techs trouble shoot calls (Inbound Only) regarding PC/Home Networking, HDTV and SDTV. No prior experience or formal training is required.


All internal positions are posted so our employees are given the first opportunity to apply. Our client prefers to promote from within. Many of our Tech Support Reps have moved into positions such as Quality Assurance Engineers, Systems Engineers, Systems Administrators, Product Trainers and Team Supervisors.


We provide ongoing paid technical training to get you the experience you need, you provide the commitment!


Our Technical Support Agents start at $10.50/hr
