Move is currently looking for a Regional Advertising Executive to join our for Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve the budgeted sales goals for this territory
- Retain existing customers
- Set meetings for new business
- Assist with collections
- Save cancellations and represent Move at all industry functions and associations
Qualifications:
- 2 years sales skills and techniques
- 2 years outside sales Internet knowledge
- Self-starter
- Creativity, detail attention and apartment industry knowledge
- Strong consultative sales and closing skills
- Proven success in selling multiple products
- Ability to travel locally short and long distances by car travel within assigned territory as needed
- Infrequent – ability to travel by air over a single or multiple nights within the assigned territory as needed
- Must attend scheduled trade shows as needed each year and be able to set up trade show materials
- Self – disciplined with ability to work independently in a home office environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Open to feedback / coaching and committed to professional development
- Strong organization and presentation skills
- Ability to excel in a fast paced and changing environment
- Strong computer skills with MS office suite, CRM systems and knowledge of Internet Advertising terminology
- Creative and solution – oriented
