Highly respected corporation is seeking a temporary paralegal with 5 years of contract review, management and administration experience for long-term project. Experience with IT and related service contracts, including software licenses, maintenance agreements, medical technology agreements and hosting/ASP agreements is preferred. Responsibilities will include assessing risks and proposing modifications to strengthen contractual protections, then track status of ongoing contract negotiations. Strong Excel skills are required and experience with MediTract is a plus. Great working environment!
