One of VOLT's highly respected clients has an immediate opportunity for a Principal Contract Specialist within their Supply Chain Management Contracts Group. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for reviewing complex, major Engineering, Procurement, and Construction agreements, analyzing complex business opportunities, providing continuous improvements of policies and processes, participating in commercial negotiations for complex initiatives, and preparing innovative and market responsive contractual terms.

Requirements:
*Bachelors Degree
*10 years of experience in complex subcontract negotiation, execution, dispute resolution and contracts/subcontracts management in a Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement & Construction and/or Nuclear environment.
*Experience with commercial Terms & Conditions and Limits of Authority (LOA)
*Experience with complex, multi-million dollar Subcontract Development
*Nuclear Industry experience is desired!
