Aerotek is currently hiring two Project Managers for a custom fabrication shop in Arlington, WA.

This person will be responsible for planning, directing and performing activities of designated projects to ensure that goals and objective of the projects are performed within the specified time and budget requirements with a high level of quality and integrity.

Essential Duties:
-Reviews and interprets customer contract, specifications, drawings, and codes
-Establishes and schedules work plan, including fabrication and outside suppliers to meet delivery requirements
-Prepare procedures for manufacturing, testing, and inspection
-Prepares project reports for management, clients, and others
-Monitors projects for cost control and changes to original contract SOW
-Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems
-Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory agencies and clients
-Prepare and/or reviews material lists and sources material
-Manages multiple projects
-Reviews project quality requirements and conveys requirements to project and production personnel

Requirements:
-3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role
-Previous experience in a sheet metal fabrication shop or a custom product environment
-A Mechanical Engineering Degree (BSME) or 3 years experience in a custom fabrication environment
-experience handling multiple projects at a time
