Operations Technician - Business Systems
A nonprofit foundation is looking for an Operations Technician whose day to day responsibilities include:
- Monitoring queues for tier two/three support for SharePoint
- Resolving technical issues as the tier two/three support for a category of business systems in support of Business Systems Applications - SharePoint and IIS Web applications
- Handling escalations for Business Systems Applications - Great Plains and other IIS Web applications (like, IVantage, InfraEnterprise, etc)

Requirements:
Required Skills for this Operations Technician - Business Systems includes the following:
- 3 yearsexperience in a Technical Support role (tier 2/3) within an IT related environment; SharePoint 2003/2008 focus
- Resolving technical issues as a tier 2/3 technician for support of IIS Web applications
- Resolving technical issues for business applications end users
- Familiarity with Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP) a plus
- Expert troubleshooting, problem solving, and prioritization skills
- Excellent customer support skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Collaborative nature, relationship skills; professional, team player, positive, flexible attitude
- Flexibility - solid, fast paced and evolving/dynamic environment and priorities
- Self-starter - take direction well, but willing to take initiative
- Self-directive - independent problem-solving skills; know when to ask questions or for help
