Oversee the consistent prep and delivery of quality food to ensure pleasurable dining experiences and coordinate holiday and theme meals. Select, develop, and lead the team of culinary professionals, create cycle menus and facilitate budgeting and purchasing for seven dining venues. Culinary arts degree preferred; five or more years of progressive experience a plus.
