WITF seeks a creative, dynamic experienced senior executive to lead its philanthropic efforts.

The Senior Vice President/Development reports directly to the President and CEO and oversees day-to-day functions in annual giving, major gifts, capital campaigns, special events and volunteer services, developing short- and long-range goals to meet WITF funding objectives. Participates as an active member of senior management team in leading the organization, focused on achieving strategic plan initiatives and committed to the company mission.

We seek a leader, motivator, and trend-setter for the development staff who can use interpersonal skills and communications ability to nurture relationships with new and current donors, including board members. Must be comfortable and confident in public settings.

Manages a 12-person staff. Bachelors degree required with minimum of seven years of successful leadership in major gifts, planned giving and/or foundation experience.
