The Lang Companies hasa distribution center located in Hartland, WI (Waukesha County) and we are currently looking to fill the following position:

Pick/Pack Supervisorâ This position is primarily responsible for directing the processing, picking, packing and shipping of consumer orders. In addition, this position will be responsible for wholesale and customer specific order fulfillment as required, and other order related duties. This is a first shift position. We are looking for a strong leader with a minimum of three to five years direct supervisory experience in a fast paced, multi shift, multi product, multi channel distribution environment. Candidates must be committed to100%on time shipping and to creating and maintaining a positive culture based on team work, enthusiasm, fairness and associate development. Evaluation of personnel and their abilities as well as development of a floor lead team is top priority. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
