You MUST have these minimum qualifications:
2 YearsCurrent Casual Dining/Full Serve Management Experience(Fast food and contract food backgrounds will not be considered) Prefer 2 Years Restaurant Management Experience with Applebee's, Ruby Tuesday, O'Charley's, Wild Wing, Chili's, Buffalo's Cafe, Fatz CafĂ, Fox and Hound (Bailey's), Jocks and Jill's, or Ryan's.
Passion for the Restaurant Businessand theDesire to Succeed
Solid Work History(no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years)
Able toPass a Background Checkand haveGood Credit
