With this in mind your primary responsibilities would be Assembling and Installing Recreational Equipment. Your typical day would include:

Â

• Loading & Unloading of Vehicle/Trailer.
• Prepare and lay-out the jobsite.
• Install, Repair & Service Recreational Equipment.
• Install, Repair & Service Safety Surfacing and Landscape.
• Equipment Maintenance & Repair
• Accurately fill out required paperwork.Â
• Fulfilling in-house orders including packaging and shipping items out via UPS, FedEx, DHL, Freight Companies, etc. or coordinating drop shipments with our venders.
• Much follow-up and follow through is required to ensure excellent customer service.
• Much coordination would be required with your Install Manager, other Installers and Sales Associates.
• Proactively find solutions to Customer or internal problems.
• Assist in Increasing Sales, Reducing Costs and Improving Customer Service.
• Maintain tool & supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Maintain a clean and neat work environment. Â
• Maintain and enhanceÂprofessional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
• And a bunch of other stuff as needed!

You would need to be a fast learner, have a strong understanding of Hand & Power Tools, Job Lay-out skills, able to follow Installation Instructions and Blue Prints, have a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills.

The Basic working hours would start at 7a.m. and end normally between 3-6pm Monday-Friday with most Saturday'sÂduring Spring/Summer. Occasional travel would be involved.

Skills/Qualifications:
Valid Drivers License, Own Required Tools, Hand & Power Tool Skills, able to operate a Fork Lift and other motorized Equipment, Able to meet Physical demands of job, Able to read & follow instructions, directions & Blue Prints, Job Reporting Skills, Writing Skills, Customer Focus, Inform, Self-Motivated, Attention to Detail, Professionalism,ÂOrganization, Planning, Time Management, Supervision and Teamwork.
