Successful Fairfield County recruitment firm is looking for an aggressive and money driven individual to do business development in the Marketing and Creative Services industry.Â

Our firm prides itself with finding top talent for top businesses. We are looking for a top sales individual that understands the industry and has a unique ability to open doors and develop relationships with clients. Prior experience working with agencies such as, Creative Group, Aquent or K Force is a plus. ÂÂ

Responsibilities:Â

-ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂMust be driven to work hard and make $$ while doing it.

-ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂHave a plan on how to break into new companies and partner with them to help staff their openings.

-ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂBe able to hit the phones hard and develop rapport with companies.

-ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂDo both inside and outside sales.

-ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂMeet with clients to go over needs for the company in terms of staffing and projects.

-ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂMust have the ability to initiate conversation with hiring managers to go over their needs and up-coming projects.

-ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂAbility to create interest in our company and sell our experience of over 5 yrs in this field of creative staffing.
