Aerotek Professional Services is partnering with a reputable manufacturing company in Minneapolis to find a professional customer services representative to work in the office support division of the company.
Qualified candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in a professional customer service environment. Computer navigational skills are necessary along with basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. Basic order entry abilities are required -- experience with SAP is preferred. Professionalism and intricate attention to detail are minimum requirements for this position.
Candidates will be expected to be engages in 60-100 inbound/outbound phone calls with vendors, end users, and prospective customers regarding companies products.
