Responsibilities include managing and coordinating the sales effort for reseller, dealer, business to business and professional AV installer accounts. A Business Development manager will proactively develop relationships with customers and leads, monitor sales, and promote Apogee products through training and education.

Qualified candidates will have:

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂExperience working with dealer accounts, promoting electronic products and developing successful business relationships

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂAbility to multi-task, shift focus easily and have a strong sense of urgency

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂExpertise on organizing information to assist in analyzing future products and making recommendations for the development of new products for customers

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂExperience working with reseller accounts, promoting electronic products and developing successful business relationships

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂExpertise in AV, electronics or manufacturing industries a plus

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂExcellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂStrong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂStrong research in current market trend and good analytical skills

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂMust be able to build relationships with customers

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂAbility to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂBachelorâs degree or equivalent experience desired

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂSome travel may be required
