Primary Objective:
The Marketing Associate will contribute to the development, management and communication of our products value proposition to our customers and the industry. The marketing associate will participate in all aspects of marketing including product marketing, marketing communications, lead generation, public relations, and analyst relations.
Accountability/Scope (range of responsibilities):
Events:
Exhibit design, construction, and development of corporate booth properties
Show logistics and management
Vendor and industry association relationships
Planning and implementing promotions for events
Negotiating contracts with vendors and show hotels
Marketing Communications/Collateral:
Ability to multi task and manage projects simultaneously
Copywriting
Enforce corporate branding and identity standards
Manage and coordinate collateral design and production
Manage digital asset library and image retouching projects
Assist in development of corporate branding projects, print collateral, product catalogs, launch materials, sales tools, tradeshow graphics, point of purchase displays and copywriting projects from concept to completion
Ability to work with photographers, design agencies, illustrators, copywriters, video producers, and printers to assure project completion in accordance with strategic plan, schedule, and budget
Lead Management and Analytics:
Planning and implementing marketing campaigns
Responsible for lead generation tracking and analytics. Ideal candidate will be familiar with CRM and marketing automation software (e.g. Salesforce.Com)

Desired Job Experience:
1-2 years of high tech MarCom experience
Event management experience is a plus
Travel: 10-20% travel, varying seasonally
Desired Education:
BA or equivalent in Marketing or Business
