Contract Database Support Professional needed for Tampa, FL!

Candidates will monitor and maintain computer files on tape, disk, or other mass storage. Organizes files by content and routing type. Prepares records and assigns codes for reference, checks files out, inspects returned files, and determines if replacement is needed. Identify and gather pertinent data form multiple systems and system owners. Organize data into a single master file to be integrated into a database. Review internal processes to ensure integrity of data going forward and to identify opportunities to mechanize data gathering. Maintain integrity of data as systems are added. Provide data reports as needed. Candidate must have strong understanding of TCP/IP, SNMP and networking. Candidate should also have experience working with Cisco Works along with strong PERL and UNIX scripting skills
