An online Mortgage company has a Contract to Direct Hire position available for a Customer Service Associate.
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Associateās objective is to handle client emails and telephone calls in order to expedite product delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Associate:
- Is responsible for a variety of functions within the Operations Center, including the answering of incoming phone calls, as well as handling Client/Appraiser emails in a timely fashion.
- Must be focused upon client satisfaction, as well as provide excellent customer service.
- Has additional responsibilities delegated by a Team Lead and/or Supervisor and should have the ability to multi-task and cross-train in a dynamic environment.
These responsibilities are tailored to the department and depend upon daily workflow, often including Client Monitoring and special projects.

Requirements:
Required Skills for this Customer Service Associate position include the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college or equivalent job experience
- 2-4 years of Call Center/Customer Service experience dealing with multiple products and servicespreferred
- Proven problem-solving skills, initiative and follow-through in process flow and client relations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook
- Minimum 35 wpm typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be professional and courteous to internal and external customers
- Must be a team player who values collaboration and support
