Answering calls
Responding to clients
Typing correspondence
Billing coordination
Certified payroll
Payroll taxes
A/R and A/P
Bookkeeping
Data entry
Bank deposits
Expenses
Submittal tracking
Account reconciliations
Preparing reports
Maintaining files
Copying
Ordering supplies

Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting and 3 years of bookkeeping experience; or combination education and work experience, preferably in construction and union environment
Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook
High attention to detail is a must
Must have Timberline Accounting Software experience
