This firm is now seeking an experienced Estimator for their growing operations.

Requirements:

Must have experience with structural steel, concrete, and welding. HVAC estimating experience a plus. 15-16 month project. Client wants to see someone experienced; looking for 15 years experience. Bachelor's degree is not required, but a plus.

Job Duties:

Duties include preparing detailed cost estimates for materials, purchased equipment, sub-contracted work, labor, and other construction related tasks for bidding on or determining price of project. You will also perform quantity take-offs, determine resource requirements, and develop production rates. Finally, you will coordinate the total estimating effort as well as interface with owner, architects, engineers, and other contractors.
